Even bigger than meets the eye! Started with an archeological dig around the premises to uncover artifacts from the Revolutionary and post-Revolutionary periods. That took many, many months. The original building itself also had to be taken down right to its bones, presumably to be better able to meet the needs of 21st century students.
This is a great effect with the mirror.
