Hey, this was a pretty cool event! A kind of one-stop-shop for everything having to do with health and wellness.
On my way out, after working out, I was even able to get my annual flu shot. I wish I could have gotten my Covid booster at the same time, but from what I’ve read and heard, it’s probably just as well not to get my Covid and flu shots together at the same time.
The powers that be here are suggesting that you get them both at once. I had the flu shot a week ago and am due to get the covid shot in a couple of weeks. I would rather spread them out and not have an arm twice as sore.

ReplyDeleteYeah, my daughter got them both the same day and was really exhausted the next day, plus her arm hurt. I got my Covid booster today. I’m not in a hurry to get the flu shot because I’m still social distancing to a certain extent.
