Ézaro Waterfall

"On the Galician Atlantic coast, specifically in the municipality of Dumbría (A Coruña), lies one of the most impressive natural sites in Galicia: the Ézaro Waterfall. This place, located in the heart of the Costa da Morte, offers a unique spectacle in Europe, as it is the only waterfall on the continent whose river flows directly into the sea"

"The star of this natural phenomenon is the Xallas River, which originates in the inland areas of the province and travels about 60 kilometers before plunging from a height of around 40 meters into the Atlantic Ocean.

The waterfall offers a breathtaking view, where the force of the river blends with the calm of the sea, creating a place that captivates anyone seeing it for the first time. The sound of the water as it falls, the glimmer of the rocks, and the mist rising from the impact form an image that is impossible to forget. For this reason, the Ézaro Waterfall has become one of the most photographed and visited spots in Galicia." -- Galicia Travels

Arco de Don Diego

The pointed arch of Don Diego de Muros. It speaks of three generations of this family with an important relationship with the church. The most important was Don Diego de Muros III, Dean in Compostela in the year 1494, when the Catholic monarchs ordered the construction of the Hostal de los Reyes Católicos. Diego was personally in charge.
