A simple light meal at the restaurant in Sarria before a short tour of the town. So very fresh, as if these vegetables came straight from the garden.

Hotel Novoa

 

 

I was quite comfortable in my room at the Hotel Novoa in Sarria. Which was good, because I started my trek along the Camino the next day. 

León

The view from my room at the Hotel Abad San Antonio in León, Spain. Probably not the fanciest hotel in León, but very convenient to the highway that I travelled the next day to Sarria. Great dinner companions for an evening meal of chicken with mushroom sauce, mixed vegetables, custard, red wine, and mineral water.
