Looking off in another direction from Mount Sugarloaf's summit, there's this quite obviously planned development down below.

      You're right. Good eye! Only one token in each yard. Makes me wonder if there was concern about wildfires spreading from the nearby forested regions.

    That's quite the development they have, lots of homes will be on the market.

      There is a real dearth affordable homes in Massachusetts right now. And most of the homes that are available are often older.
